The Standard Battleship is aptly named as it is considered the most numerous type of vessel fielded by the Meltrandi forces. This class of vessel is defined by a narrow width and plank-shaped hull with numerous antenna mounted on the bow, central dorsal hull and ventral hull. Built into the lower section of the hull (forward of the ventral antenna) is mounted a guided beam gun for anti-ship attack.
