  • Description and History

    The Glaug commander type tactical pod can be equipped with a large atmospheric combat booster for air operations with the atmosphere of a planet. When equipped with the atmospheric combat booster the Glaug can achieve long-range atmospheric flight as well as the capability for atmospheric re-entry and possesses additional maneuverability for aerial combat. The atmospheric combat booster also has many internally mounted missile launchers for added firepower. A Glaug equipped with the atmospheric combat booster is designated Power Up Glaug.
